IMPOSSIBLE BACON PIE 
12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; garnish with bacon curls and parsley sprigs if desired. Refrigerate remaining pie. 6 servings.

NOTE: If using 9" pie plate, decrease milk to 1 1/2 cups, baking mix to 3/4 cup and eggs to 3.
