ARTICHOKE JUNK 
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil

Drain the cans of artichoke hearts and chop them into small pieces. Add bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Add olive oil and mix until moist. Spread into a 13x9 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. (May be frozen before baking.) Serves 8.
