ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichokes, rinsed, drained and chopped 2/3 c. mayonnaise 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 3 tbsp. chopped pimento (sm. jar) 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/3 c. milk Mix together and bake at 325 degrees in 8 inch baking dish for 30 minutes. Serve with Triscuit crackers. |
