KIELBASA 
2 pkgs. Kielbasa (2 pieces per pkg.)
Dijon mustard (8 oz.)
Liquid brown sugar (1 c.) (Or Vermont maple syrup)

Combine mustard and sugar.

Slice kielbasa into 14 - 1/2 inch wedges. Place kielbasa in a 9x12 pan (disposable is less messy). Pour mustard mix over meat - turn meat until all is covered.

Cover with tin foil and cook for 3 hours - turn each hour - meat will turn dark in last hour. Heat oven to 350.
