APPLE BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. apple butter
2 tbsp. apple juice or milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. golden seedless raisins

Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Beat together eggs, apple butter, butter and apple juice. Stir in nuts and raisins. Add liquid all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Pour batter into greased 8 1/2 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
