12 double graham crackers 2 c. miniature marshmallows 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sliced almonds 1 c. coconut Arrange crackers in single layer in a jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches). Sprinkle with marshmallows. In pan, mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla. Spoon evenly over marshmallows. Add almonds and coconut. Bake 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut in 3 inch squares. Cut each square in half to form triangles. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
