BAKED RICE CUSTARD 
1/3 c. raw rice
5 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste

Combine rice and 4 cups of milk, cook on stove top 1 hour (stirring frequently). Combine eggs, sugar, 1 cup milk and vanilla. Beat in blender. Gradually stir the hot mixture into the blended mixture. Pour into greased casserole. Bake (in pan of water) uncovered at 350 degrees, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Refrigerate after it has cooled.
