DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter (or light olive oil)
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten (or 2 egg whites)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend in the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Drop large teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
