2 c. burgal or cracked wheat 1 bunch fresh green onions 1 bunch fresh mint 4 ripe tomatoes 4 cucumbers 1 bunch fresh parsley 1 bunch red radishes 2 lg. green peppers Wash and dice very fine, all of the above vegetables. Cover the burgal with water, then squeeze out all the water and add burgal to the vegetables. Season with salt and lemon juice. (Must be served immediately after adding the burgal, salt and lemon juice.) |
