MINNIE'S PLUM PUDDING 
4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 c. seeded raisins
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs, very light. Add sugar, butter, milk, raisins and beat as each ingredient is added. Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Bake in buttered dish for 1 hour at about 325 degrees. Serve hot with vanilla sauce. When cold is a good fruit cake.

VANILLA SAUCE:

Heat 1 pint milk over boiling water. Add 2 beaten egg yolks and 1/2 pint powdered sugar; stir until thick as boiled custard. When cool, flavor lightly with vanilla. Just before serving, add 2 egg whites, whipped stiff.
