MOCK PLUM PUDDING 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pt. boiling water
3/4 c. Grape Nuts
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. stewed prunes
1/4 c. minced citron
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Dash of salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in water. While hot, stir in rest of ingredients. Let stand 24 hours to fully develop flavor.
