BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for beef noodle
5 c. water
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, do not drain (break up with a fork)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

Cook ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until brown; drain. Stir in Hamburger Helper sauce mix, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and vegetables. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Serves 5-6.
