CHICKEN FAJITAS 
3/4 c. lime juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground black pepper
4 lg. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
2 lg. onions
3 green peppers
8 flour tortillas
Salsa

Add black pepper, cumin, and garlic to lime juice. Marinade chicken in this for 2-3 hours. Saute onions (as thin rings) and green peppers over medium heat. Bake chicken in marinade at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Slice in thin strips, and stir into vegetables. Throw out marinade.

Serve with warmed flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and guacamole. 8 servings.
