CHICKEN FAJITAS 
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch strips
10 lg. flour tortillas
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Add chicken; stir to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Wrap tortillas in foil; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Drain the chicken (save the marinade). Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken; cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add marinade, pepper and onion; saute until crisp tender. Divide evenly onto each tortilla.

Top with any of these: tomatoes, green onion, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, picante sauce. Wrap it up.
