CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chicken broth or 2 cubes
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/3 can chopped water chestnuts

Saute onion and celery in little butter. Add soy sauce, broth, chicken soup, mushroom soup. Simmer for 30 minutes. Place mixture in 1 quart casserole. Add water chestnuts and mix. Top with noodles. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes longer. Serve.
