DILLED BLUE CHEESE SAUCE 
2 oz. blue cheese, cut into cubes
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, cut into cubes
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie butter (soft, not stick)
2 tbsp. stemmed fresh dill
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 c. freshly cooked pasta

Place all ingredients except pasta in small food processing bowl, process until finely minced and cream. Toss with hot pasta. Makes 4 servings, 227 calories per serving.
