PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. medium to hot roll sausage 12 oz. wide noodles, cooked according to package directions (I only use 8 noodles) 2 14 oz. jars pizza sauce chopped onions 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni Preheat oven to 350°F. Crumble sausage into medium skillet; cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove sausage and drain on paper towels. In large, lightly greased casserole dish, layer on half noodles, one half sausage, and one half remaining ingredients. Repeat with second layer of noodles, the sausage and remaining ingredients, reserving several pepperoni slices to garnish top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. |
