SWISS CHICKEN | |
1 1/2-2 lbs. boneless chicken breast 4 oz. Swiss cheese slices 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can of water 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (or your favorite brand) Grease baking pan with butter or spray with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with chicken breast and slices of Swiss cheese on top of chicken. Put stuffing on top and then bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Warm cream of chicken soup with 1 can of water and pour over chicken and bake for another 20 minutes. Enjoy! |
