CREAMY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli or cauliflower or both
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. butter
1 c. water

Heat in salted water broccoli and-or cauliflower until tender, around 12 minutes. Place in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle top with mixture. Bake until crumbs are light brown at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
