ANY TIME TURKEY 
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. stuffing mix, crushed
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. oil
1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. white wine (or water)
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
2 c. hot cooked noodles

Combine egg and milk. Stir in stuffing. Add turkey; mix well. Shape into logs. Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat; drain. Combine sauce, wine and bouillon; pour over meat. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes until meat is done. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more or until sauce is desired consistency. Serve over noodles.
