CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. flour (plain)
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix cheese and butter until creamy. Add flour gradually. Put into pastry shooter. Make 2 inch strips on cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 150.
