PEA SOUP 
2 c. fresh green peas or 2 c. frozen or canned peas
1 qt. chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
3 tbsp. cooked bacon or ham, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Bring the broth to a boil and cook the peas until tender for 12 to 15 minutes. May puree in processor or blender.
