CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 leaves, pour boiling water over leaves and let set to soften; drain on paper towels
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, Minute Rice
2 sm. eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. tomatoes, mashed fine

Mix these ingredients together. Form 8 balls, do not press too tightly. Roll balls in cabbage leaves. Line pan with sauerkraut. Pour the following mixture over the cabbage rolls that have been place in baking dish. 1/2 c. Realemon 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. brown sugar

Bake 2-3 hours at 375 degrees.
