CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
16 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. seasoned croutons

Mix chicken and broccoli. Put into 2 loaf pans. Mix soup, lemon juice, cheese, and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken mixture. Top with the croutons. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and 75 minutes at 250 degrees.
