TAYLORLOSH 
1 lb. diced turkey sausage
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
2 c. any combination mixed vegetables (one being corn)
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. spicy shrimp seasoning
1/2 c. okra
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. bell pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add sausage to cook for at least 1 minute. Add shrimp to cook for at least 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 7 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice with green salad.
