STIR FRY 
2 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. steak, chicken, pork or shrimp
1 sm. chopped onion
1 sm. bell pepper, cut up
3 lg. carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
Broccoli, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, drained
6 oz. stir fry sauce
Mushrooms and snow peas, as desired
1/2 head cabbage, chopped - add last after vegetables are tender

Brown meat in oil in wok. Add all ingredients, except cabbage. Stir together; cook until tender. Add cabbage, cook until tender. Serve over rice.
