PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (3 3/4 c.) box powdered sugar
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts for top

Mix. Spread on top of cake and sprinkle nut pieces over the top.
