SOUTHERN CHICKEN SNYDER 
9x13 pan
8-10 chicken breasts or cutlets
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
Bacon
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Grease pan. Place dried beef on the bottom of the pan. Wrap 1 bacon piece around chicken breast. Place chicken on top of dried beef.

Mix soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken pieces. Bake 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. If top looks too brown, cover with aluminum foil. Serve over UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice.
