IMPERIAL CRAB 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
8 oz. jar mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Buttered bread crumbs
6 drops Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in saucepan. Sift in flour. Stir in milk. Cook until thick. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, seasoning, and crabmeat. Stir crabmeat gently. Place in baking shells or greased casserole dish. Top with crumbs and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
