ICE TEA 
5 c. boiling water
8 (2 c.) tea bags
2 1/2 c. orange juice
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. grapefruit juice
1 1/2 c. fruit sugar or granulated sugar
35.2 oz. ginger ale chilled

Pour boiling water over tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes; remove tea bags. Pour hot tea into large mixing bowl. Add fruit juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill until ready to serve. Pour over ice in large punch bowl. Add ginger ale just before serving. Yield: 4 quarts.
