MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 Pillsbury "all-ready" pie crust

Press into quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned. Cool.

2 eggs
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (not too thin)

Mix first four ingredients in bowl. Fold in cheese, scallions and mushrooms. Fill cooked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Let set for at least 5 minutes before serving. Avoid using more than 1 1/2 cups mushrooms or quiche will become watery.
