MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (9") frozen pie shell
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Spread in pie shell. Toss cheese with flour, sprinkle over mushrooms and onions. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Can be frozen.
