10 lb. potatoes, cooked & diced
8 boiled eggs, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 bunches green onions, chopped
1 lg. bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. horseradish mustard

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Mix next 4 ingredients and add to potato mixture. This makes a very large recipe.
