ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 green pepper
1/2 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
12 tortillas
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (sliced)

Brown hamburger, pepper and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with 6 of the tortillas. Layer the beef over this. Layer of cheese slices, layer of 6 tortillas. Mix the soup and tomatoes together and spread on tortillas. Top with more cheese slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
