1 box deluxe yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 large eggs
1 (6 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Mix well and bake cake in 3 greased and floured 9 to 10 inch pans for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool before frosting.

Frosting:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple

Mix Cool Whip and pudding mix well. Add pineapple and stir. Frost cake.
