MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
2/3 c. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle Mountain Dew
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix and dry pudding mix. Add oil and Mountain Dew, mix. Beat in eggs, one at a time, about 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Add topping while hot.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and flour. Add to butter and pineapple. Cook in saucepan until lightly thickened. Remove from heat. Add coconut and nuts. Spread on hot cake.
