BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. Kraft sharp Cheddar, shredded 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sour cream 1 lb. cooked and drained sausage (roll) 10 eggs Cover bottom of 2 quart casserole with 1/4 pound cheese. Mix seasonings and sour cream. Pour 1/2 mixture over cheese. Follow with scrambled sausage. Crack eggs whole on top. Spoon remaining sour cream mixture over eggs. Put rest of grated cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
