METHODIST FRUIT CAKE 
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in it
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. spice
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. raisins

Cook raisins in as little water as possible, let cool. Sprinkle flour over them. Add all ingredients together and cook in layers as any other cake.

FILLING:

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Lump of butter size of egg
1 sm. jar of peanut butter
