PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water or wine (Blackberry)
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. plain flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix wet ingredients first, add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Add nuts. Flour and grease 2 loaf pans. Pour mixture leaving 1 1/2 inches at top of pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Let cool to touch before removing from pans.
