TUNA FISH CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna fish
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 pimiento, chopped
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, well beaten

Arrange tuna fish in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat milk and butter in saucepan until melted. Pour over bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over tuna fish in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
