STAMPEDE BEANS | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 3 slices bacon, diced 1 (48 oz.) can pork and beans 1/2 c. pineapple chunks 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. instant coffee 2 tbsp. molasses 1/2 c. canned tomatoes Saute bacon and onion. Add to beans. Add remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes about 8 servings. |
