BANANA CAKE THAT DOESN'T LAST 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. mashed bananas (4 to 5) bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, bananas, and vanilla. Stir DO NOT BEAT! Will only take a few stirs to mix. Pour into greased, floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Freezes well!
