BOURBON CAKE 
2 c. cherries
2 c. raisins
2 c. bourbons

Soak. 2 c. white sugar 2 c. brown sugar 8 egg yolks

Cream. 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 4 c. pecans

Fold in 8 beaten egg whites.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.
