4 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 5 slices bread, cubed 1 (#2 Delmonte or 20 oz. Dole, drain the juice if you use pineapple) crushed pineapple Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add pineapple and bread; mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. | |

Easy to make. Delicious with ham. My daughter says its more like a dessert, but I love it with ham as a side dish. Made it tonight & a few people had it for the first time and they loved it.
