MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn in paper bag (I often used 5-6 qts.)
1/2 c. butter, melted in bowl
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
Dash of salt

Mix together. Microwave on high for 2 minutes after it comes to a boil. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn in bag. Roll the bag and shake. Put bag in microwave and cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more. Shake and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
