BARBEQUE BEEF 
1 chuck roast
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco (can leave out)
1/2 sm. bottle ketchup
1/2 bottle Kraft hickory smoked barbeque sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced, or lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Chili powder, if desired

Brown meat in large pan. Add rest of ingredients. Mix and turn the meat to coat it. Cook several hours slowly. Cut off fat and bone. You can also take some of the fat off the top of the mixture. Chunk the meat and return to barbeque mixture.

Serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw.
