LOW CALORIE BAKED SQUASH 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. yellow summer squash
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Place squash cut side down in baking dish one layer deep. Sprinkle salt and sugar over squash. Dot butter on top. Add water. Bake about 30 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
