BAKED ARTICHOKES AND OYSTERS 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. olive oil
6 artichoke hearts, mashed
2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of Tabasco
1/8 tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. jar oysters & juice

Melt butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Combine all other ingredients in the saucepan. Place the mixture in a glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.

Microwave the mixture for 5 minutes, then bake in the oven until the top is brown, about 10 minutes in a 425 degree oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
