HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. bell pepper, ground
1/4 c. hot pepper (more or less)
3 drops green food coloring
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
16 oz. bottle Certo
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Mix vinegar, peppers, sugar, and salt. Boil 1 minute and take off heat for 10 minutes. Add coloring and Certo. Let stand 10 minutes more, then skim. Put in sterile jars and seal.
