BUNS, ROLLS, OR DOUGHNUTS 
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
4 eggs
2 tsp. salt
10 - 12 c. flour

Glaze for Doughnuts:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil to thicken.

Make a soft dough. Let rise 3/4 of an hr. Knead down and let rise for 1 hr.

Make whatever you want and enjoy.
